Our Leadership Team

Velan Murali
Managing Director

An alumnus of College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Velan has completed his Master Graduate in Urban Systems Engineering. Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years of professional experience in various functions of Built Environment. He has completed his specialized Cost management study from UK.  

Velan was heading the India Business of Arcadis (formerly Langdon & Seah, a Global Cost Management Firm) for over 12 years. As a Managing Director, he was instrumental in driving business growth, expansion and diversification. He was formerly with Larsen & Toubro, Engineering & Construction Conglomerate, Property Development Division, for 12 years and key in managing many large projects across India.  

Velan Murali’s expertise includes Cost Planning, Procurement, Cost Management and Contract Management & Administration. Project expertise includes Office and Campus development. Expertise in Procurement Advisory, Contract Management & Administration and Cost Management Services for Office Interior Fitting out works and Campus Development 

Velan is a member of many professional Institutions in India and overseas. He was Ambassador for CIOB for India Continent and represented many member forums. 

Pyarilal
Executive Director

With over 25 years of experience in multiple disciplines of Real Estate and Construction industry, Pyarilal is a Chartered Surveyor from RICS, Graduate in Civil Engineering and has completed MBA in Finance.

Pyarilal was formerly heading the Cost Management services vertical for Colliers International India from 2017. Prior to this, he was with Arcadis (Langdon & Seah) for over 10 years and with L&T for 6 years. 

Expertise in managing and delivering complete cost planning, contracts & procurement and quantity surveying for large scale projects across sectors including residential, commercial, fit-out, hospitality, retail and industrial projects. 

Arun Basu
Executive Director

An astute, resourceful and result oriented Civil Engineer & Chartered Quantity Surveyor ( MRICS) with over 27 years of extensive multifaceted experience in the construction Industry. Arun was heading the North India Business of Arcadis (formerly Langdon & Seah, a Global Cost Management Firm) for over 10 years and served in various other leading organizations namely Union Carbide India and Currie & Brown.

Specialization in Project Management with key knowledge areas of Time, Cost, Procurement, Quality and People management. Has delivered Projects for clients in multiple sectors, they include Hotels, Serviced Apartments, IT Parks, Office Buildings, Shopping Malls, Convention Centre, Residential Buildings, Industrial Plant, Hospital, Refurbishment/ Fit outs and Telecom Infrastructure.
